Cancelation Policy - Scheduled Courses, Workshops and Lectures


Cancellations:
14 days or more prior the start date: $50.00 Fee charged & balance of tuition refunded.
13 day or less prior to start date: No Refund.   If we can refill your spot prior to the start date,  we can refund 50% of you tuition.

Transfers:
Only allowed 14 days or more prior to the start date of course your are currently registered for.  $25.00 Transfer fee.

Full Text of Cancellation & Transfer Policies

If an AAS Student chooses to cancel their enrollment in an AAS Course, Workshop or Lecture, they must make the request 14 days or more prior to the start date of the program. Program cancellations will receive a full refund less the processing fee of $50. Cancellations made 13 days or less to the start date of the program will not receive a refund unless the program is full and their spot can and is filled from a program waitlist. If the open space is filled 50% of the total tuition will be refunded. Cancellations made on an AAS Program with tuition of $50 or less will not receive a refund regardless of when the cancellation is made.


AAS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, workshop or lecture series, in which case tuition will be fully refunded. AAS is not responsible for additional personal costs associated with these cancellations or program changes. If a program participant leaves during the AAS program due to an injury or for personal reasons there will be no refund of any kind. AAS also reserves the right to dismiss a program participant if the instructors find that participant to be un-fit mentally or physically. In these cases there will be no refund and AAS is not responsible for associated or unexpected costs over which it has no control.

Program Transfers: If a student decides to transfer from one AAS program to another, requests can be made 14 days or more prior to the beginning of the currently enrolled program. Changes are approved on availability. If a program transfer is approved a $25 fee will be charged. Program transfers will not be approved with 13 days or less from the currently enrolled program start date.


Student Tuition Transfers: If a student cannot participant in a course that they’re enrolled in and would like to transfer the tuition that they have paid to a different student the transfer must be requested 14 days or more prior to the beginning of the currently enrolled in program. Transfers of tuition cannot be made to another student already enrolled in the same program. If a transfer of tuition is approved a $25 fee will be charged. Program tuition is not transferable from one participant to another 13 days or less from the currently enrolled program start date. 

All custom program tuition is non-refundable.
